Deskline processes Contact details, Conversation messages, attachments, Lead and appointment records, and AI assistance logs so we can run your lead center. We do this as a processor for your business; you are the controller of Contact and patient data you collect.
What we collect
- Account data (name, email, business profile)
- Contacts, identities across Channels, Conversations, and messages
- Attachments and object-storage keys for media you exchange
- Leads, appointments, and calendar tokens (encrypted at rest)
- AI suggestion logs, citations, and usage meters
- Audit events for Operator and integration actions
- Billing identifiers from our merchant of record (Polar)
Why we process it
To operate the product, meter entitlements, debug failures, show you Inbox and Lead tools, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell Contact data.
Subprocessors
Messaging, AI, auth, database, object storage, and billing providers receive the minimum data needed. See the subprocessor list.
Retention, rights and data deletion
Retention defaults are documented for operators in the privacy inventory (Contacts and Conversations typically 24 months after last activity unless you delete earlier). You can request export or deletion of your organization data by emailing info@xaeons.com. We respond to access, deletion, and portability requests within a reasonable period consistent with applicable regional rules.
If you connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, you can also remove Deskline's access at any time in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations, and disconnect it in Deskline under Settings → Channels. To have the data we stored from those accounts deleted, email the address above from your account email and we will confirm when it is done.
