- Place outbound calls without prior express consent where required by law
- Import purchased lead lists or scraped numbers for cold AI calling
- Harass, threaten, or spam individuals or businesses
- Impersonate humans without AI disclosure where disclosure is required
- Collect or transmit child sexual abuse material or other illegal content
- Bypass credit limits, webhooks, or security controls
- Present Deskline as HIPAA-certified or treat Healthcare mode as a substitute for required healthcare compliance
- Use the service for fraud, phishing, or social-engineering attacks
Deskline may pause campaigns, revoke numbers, or suspend accounts that violate this policy. Report abuse to info@xaeons.com.
